FERRONOVA 10%
Sterile aqueous colloidal solution for injection
Composition : Each ml contains:- Iron dextran solution 10 % equivalent to 100 mg
Indications : For the prevention and treatment of anemia due to iron deficiency in piglets.
Dosage and administration :
In piglets (age 1-3 days)
For the prevention, administer intramuscularly of 100-150 mg of
elemental iron per one piglet or 1-1.5 ml of FERRONOVA 10% per one piglet.
In piglets : For the treatment, administer intramuscularly of 100-200 mg of
elemental iron per one piglet or 1-2 ml of FERRONOVA 10% per one piglet.
Dosage may be repeated in 10-14 days.
Withdrawal times : Nil (when use as recommended dose).
