Sterile solution for injection

Composition : Each ml contains :-
                       Toldimfos sodium                   200     mg 
Indications :   Toldimfos combined phosphorus preparation for the support of metabolic activity in cattle and dogs including:
                      Skeletal defects – rickets and osteomalacia or promotion of rapid union in fractures, particularly when associated with vitamin D therapy.
                      Tetany and paresis – caused by disorders of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus metabolism
(post-parturient paresis, lactation tetany, etc.)
 In these cases, the product has a synergistic effect when given in conjunction with specific magnesium or calcium therapy.
                     General metabolic disorders – For the treatment of debility, whether during convalescence or the result of nutritional disorders. 
Dosage and administration :      Administer by intravenous, subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. Once daily.  Dosage to be repeated to clinical effect.;
  - Cattle   : 10-25  ml/animals NOVATODIM 20%  (Equivalent to Toldimfos sodium 2,000–5,000 mg/animals )  
  - Dogs    : 1-3      ml/animals NOVATODIM 20%  (Equivalent to Toldimfos sodium 200–600 mg/animals )   
 In severe cases   - The dosage may be given as half by intravenous injection and half by intramuscular or        subcutaneous injection. 
 In chronic cases  - 5-10 subcutaneous or intramuscular injection should be given at 48 hours intervals with the following dose rates;
 - Cattle   : 2.5-5    ml/animals NOVATODIM 20%  (Equivalent to Toldimfos sodium 500–1,000 mg/animals )
 - Dogs    : 1-2       ml/animals NOVATODIM 20%  (Equivalent to Toldimfos sodium 200–400 mg/animals )      
Storage :       Do not store above 25 C and protect from light.
