MUTALIN 20% Injection
Sterile aqueous solution for injection
Composition : Each ml contains:-Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate 200 mg equivalent to Tiamulin 162 mg
Indications : For the treatment of enteric diseases i.e. ileitis, swine dysentery and colitis;
respiratory diseases i.e. swine pneumonia and arthritic diseases in pigs.

Dosage and administration : Administered by intramuscular injection.
For enteric diseases (ileitis, swine dysentery, colitis)
8.0 mg Tiamulin base (approx. equivalent to 10.0 mg Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate) per
kg of bodyweight on 1-2 occasions.
For respiratory diseases (swine pneumonia)
12.3 mg Tiamulin base (approx. equivalent to 15.0 mg Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate)
per kg of bodyweight once daily for 3-5 consecutive days.
For arthritic diseases (infectious arthritis)
12.3 mg Tiamulin base (approx. equivalent to 15.0 mg Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate)
per kg of bodyweight once daily for 3-5 consecutive days.
Withdrawal times :
Animals intended for human consumption must not be slaughtered
within 10 days from the last treatment.
